Win Filament for a Year Giveaway: Official Rules

1. Sponsor. The 3D Print Stop LLC, 3503 Samson Way #115, Bellevue, NE 68123 ("Sponsor"). Contact: info@the3dprintstop.com.

2. Entry Period. The giveaway begins on November 6, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on November 20, 2026 ("Entry Period").

3. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible. The winner must be able to pick up the prize in person at the Sponsor's store (see Section 5). Void where prohibited by law.

4. How to Enter. During the Entry Period, complete the entry form at the3dprintstop.com/pages/win-filament with all required information. Limit one (1) entry per person. Entries made by bots, scripts, or other automated means, or using multiple identities or email addresses, are void. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

5. Prize. One (1) winner will receive one (1) twelve-month Filament of the Month membership (approximate retail value: $300). Each month of the membership, the winner may pick up that month's Filament of the Month in person at The 3D Print Stop, 3503 Samson Way #115, Bellevue, NE 68123, during store hours. No items will be shipped. If the winner is already a member, they will receive a new, separate 12-month membership. The membership does not auto-renew and ends after 12 months. The prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and no cash substitution is permitted. Unclaimed monthly items are not redeemable for cash or later substitution. The Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the original becomes unavailable.

6. Winner Selection. The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on November 23, 2026 and announced that day. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification. The winner will be notified by email at the address provided on the entry form on or about November 23, 2026. If the winner does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours, the notification is returned undeliverable, or the winner is unable to pick up the prize in person, the winner forfeits the prize and the Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

8. Taxes. The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize.

9. Publicity. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that the Sponsor may use the winner's name, city/state, and likeness for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

10. General Conditions. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. The Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if it cannot be conducted as planned because of fraud, technical failure, or any cause beyond its control. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical, network, or website malfunctions. All decisions of the Sponsor are final.

11. Release of Liability. By entering, entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its owners, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

12. Social Media Disclaimer. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, or any other social media platform. Entrants are providing their information to the Sponsor and not to any platform.

13. Privacy. Information collected will be used to administer the giveaway and contact the winner. If the entrant opts in to marketing emails, the Sponsor may also use their email to send news and offers, and the entrant may unsubscribe at any time. The Sponsor will not sell entrant information.

14. Governing Law. This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska.

15. Winner List. To request the winner's name, email info@the3dprintstop.com with the subject "Winner List" within 30 days after the drawing.
